PRICES

prices, specifications
and availability of

changed without a previous
notification. Any typographic
mistake, photographic

can be changed for its
correction.
When
you make a purchase
order, we automatically
will send you a confirmation
responding to it. This
confirmation can have
some corrections before
the shipment, it can
be because of any mistake,
changes, discontinuation
of the product or because
is not available in
stock, typographic mistakes
or any other problem.
In
case of any correction
or change, we are going
to notify you and we
are going to ask for
your approbation before
completion of the order,
because without your
approbation we will
not be able to complete

For returns, we can
ask for the proof of
purchase and liberation.
PAYMENTS AND SHIPMENTS

make additional charges
for the use of credit
cards.
The address where we
are going to send the
products has to be the
same as your bank statements
of your credit cards,

DPQTech will protect
our clients from frauds

your merchandise is
damaged or lost, please

In this moment, we do
not send shipments to
APO/FPO addresses.
EXPORTING
DPQTech
can deny in any moment
to export products out
of the United States.
If you are buying products
to export them, you
are going to be responsible
for the needed documentation
before the shipment
goes abroad.
(NOTE: The warranties
of the manufacturer
for export products
can vary or be void.)
SHIPMENTS
We
make international shipments,
except those prohibited
by law. To determine
if you are eligible
or not for an international
shipment, please write
us to our email, and
we will send you a confirmation
in the order in which
the charges of shipment
will be consign, just
remember, only if you
are eligible for the
shipment.
NOTE: The duty rates,
taxes or contributions,
are NOT included in
the total amount and
they are the responsibility
of the client.
The
shipments are made by
UPS, and if you have
an account with them,
you will be able to
track your order by
internet. For your protection,
we will not publish
the tracking numbers
of UPS.
For your protection,
all the priority shipments
or the second day shipments
will require the signature
of receipt at the moment
of the delivery. The
delivery by ground DOES
NOT require the signature
of receipt at the moment
of delivery.
The limited warranties
by the manufacturer
for international shipment
products can vary or
be void.
(NOTE: shipments that
are not withdrawn at
the customhouse will
not be covered with
insurance by DPQTech.
WARRANTIES
Every
product sold in our
website includes limited
warranty by the original
manufacturer.
The warranty period
and service can vary,
all depends of the manufacturer
and the product.
RETURNS
To
make a return, this
has to be in 14 days
after you receive the
product and the products
should bring a copy
of the original receipt
and they have to come
in the original package.
The refunds do not include
the charges of the original
shipments. We do not
accept refunds or interchanges
after 14 days.

to obtain your RMA number
and information about
the process you have
to follow. The RMA number
is valid only 10 days
after its expedition.
We are not going to
accept returns without
RMA number.
There
will be a charge of
15% at the refund or
interchange moment,
on any open product,
unless the product is
damaged and it will
be changed by another.
The open computer programs,
DVD movies, pre-recorded
videos, video games,
and products like ink
cartridge and paper
can ONLY be changed
for the same product,
only if the UPC code
has not been removed
from the wrapper and
they are NOT going to
be returned for their
refund
To
receive a refund, your
purchase has to be returned
with all the manuals,
cards, accessories and
original wrapper and
the shipment and insurance
have to be paid.
If you used credit card,
the refund is going
to be made to that credit
card.
You will receive your
refund, once we receive
the product and this
has been checked. All
returned products without
a proof of delivery,
can void your refund.
NOTE:
The shipment expenses
are NOT going to be
refunded if the merchandise
is denied at the moment
of the delivery. DPQTech
only will refund the
shipment expenses if
the product is damaged.
